Health & Wellbeing Week

Even with a ‘new year, new me’ mentality we still need to make sure we are looking after ourselves both physically and mentally.

Lewes campus will be kicking off Health & Wellbeing Week on Tues January 30th, at 10:30am.

Time to Talk Day

Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. Happening every year, it’s a day for friends, families, communities, and workplaces to come together to talk, listen and change lives.

Head over to mystudentlife.co.uk/timetotalkday and look at the advice and take part in the activities.

Couch to 5k, anyone…?

Couch to 5K is a running plan for absolute beginners. It was developed by a new runner, Josh Clark, who wanted to help his 50-something mum get off the couch.

Taking up running can seem like a scary prospect, especially if you feel out of shape or unfit, but Couch to 5k is an excellent way to start because it is a really gentle and simple programme to get you started.

Give it a go!
