Safer internet day
On Thursday 13th of February, we will be having Gamcare running gambling awareness workshops throughout the day. It’s a great way to learn about the different forms of gambling (some you may not have realised counts), steps to can take to prevent or stop you from potentially going down a bad path, and general very good and useful information that you can take with you.

LGBT+ History Month
LGBT+ History Month is celebrated in February in the UK to mark the abolition of Section 28 in 2003. Section 28 was a law that made it illegal to promote homosexuality in schools and councils.
LGBT+ History Month is an annual event that celebrates the history, diversity, and achievements of the LGBT+ community. It's also a time to raise awareness of the challenges and discrimination that LGBT+ people face.
The month was first celebrated in the UK in 2005 by the Schools Out UK group.
The event was organized by educators and activists Sue Sanders and Paul Patrick.
The month was chosen to coincide with the abolition of Section 28.

Lunch time Sports
On every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:15-1:15pm, we will be hosting casual sports for students to take part in. It will be on the MUGA and ran by Skiltek.
