What is WEX?

Every student at East Sussex College has the opportunity to participate in Work Experience as part of their study programme. Work experience is a fantastic opportunity to gain knowledge of the working environment, greatly enhancing your employment opportunities and developing your skills. You will develop your technical skills and competence, and gain valuable employability skills such as improved communication, adapting to change and solving problems. It’s also great for your personal development - you will build confidence, develop self-reliance, and learn about your strengths. All of this is brilliant for your CV!
