What could we do better?
You Said: T Levels felt a careers advisor for placements was needed and the loss of the Gemma has affected many of the students finding placements
We Will: be employing someone to fill this role and assured all TL placements are being treated with the utmost priority
You Said: Breaks are too short at 15 minutes with many students unable to get a drink and food and return to class in the time. This is made worse with the whole college having breaks at the same time which leads to long slow queues in Tyler House
We Have: Made lunch hours an hour now as students requested previously with breaks as per many workplaces. We will look into staggered lunch breaks for timetabling next academic year.
You Said: Class computers should have two computer screens to allow ease of work.
We Have: Looked into this and currently not enough screens or room in class to set this up currently.
