ESC Theatre Club
We are excited to be launching TWO BRAND NEW CLUBS!
Are you a budding actor? Would you like to be part of a Theatre Company here at ESC Hastings?
This is your opportunity to take part in the National Theatre Connections programme. You will explore, rehearse and perform a play at a local venue in March and then at Trinity Theatre, Tunbridge Wells in April.
You must be available every Tuesday 4.40pm – 6.40pm and on a few Saturdays. You must commit to the project from Feb – May.
Please sign up via by emailing Kim Begley (kim.begley@escg.ac.uk) – starting on Tuesday 20th February at 4.40pm – 6.40pm - Room 003 Ground Floor – you will take part in some theatre activities/workshop and find out more on this day.
ESC Debate Club
We are also excited to launch a brand new Debate Club! This will be happening on Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting on the 20th February at 11:30am - 12:30pm in G.003.
This is a chance to debate hard hitting subjects, get your thoughts across, but also learn the art and act of debating.
Come along and let your voice be heard.

LGBT+ History Month
LGBT+ History Month is for everyone;.
It is celebrated every February across the UK and was founded in 2004 by Schools OUT UK co-chairs, Paul Patrick & Professor Emeritus Sue Sanders. It was first celebrated in February 2005.
For so long LGBT+ people’s history was hidden, following the repeal of Section 28, UK LGBT+ History Month was created to:
claim our past
celebrate our present
create our future
The 2024 theme celebrates LGBT+ peoples’ contribution to the field of Medicine and Healthcare both historically and today.

Next Student Voice Meeting
Just a reminder for all those involved in Student Voice that our next meeting will be the 28th February 2024 at 11:30am in SP0.18.
As always we shall be providing free pizza for all students who attend!
