East Sussex College Hastings Celebrates Earth Day 2023

Inclusive Learning students took over The Atrium at our Station Plaza once again to show off their creative skills to other members of the Station Plaza community.

The students of Inclusive Learning ( Supported Learning, Arrow and Personalised Provision) created artworks for Earth Day 2023. This was inspired by the theme, Protect Pollinators. The artworks were assembled to form a floor-based mandala in college's atrium. A range of bee keeping equipment was on display, and products made by students were for sale.

Inclusive Learning tutor, Marti Dean said:

“Every year the students work so hard to bring awareness of Earth Day to staff and students at East Sussex College and this year is no different. Their time, creativeness, energy and enthusiasm never fails to amaze me”

Inclusive Learning students have received lots of positive feedback on their art, with people commenting on how this colourful display brightened their day!
